International Patient Guide

Traveling for surgery should feel clear and manageable. Ryan Plastic Surgery Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, welcomes patients from around the world and supports you from your first message to your follow-up after you return home.

How it works

  1. Online consultation — send your photos and goals; receive a personalized plan and an estimated cost range.
  2. Plan your trip — we help you choose dates and arrange support.
  3. In-person consultation in Seoul before surgery.
  4. Surgery and follow-up at the clinic.
  5. Return home with a written after-care plan and a way to reach us.

Cost and payment

Every plan is individual, so we provide a personalized estimate after reviewing your photos and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all price. Your estimate depends on the procedure and its complexity, the implant or amount of fat grafting, anesthesia, facility, and follow-up needs. Flights, accommodation, and any extended stay are budgeted separately. You receive a written estimate before you commit, with no obligation to proceed.

Recovery and how long to stay

How long you should stay in Korea depends on your procedure and individual recovery. Your surgeon advises the right length of stay for initial follow-up before you fly, and gives guidance on long-haul flights and swelling. After you return home, you receive a written after-care plan and remote check-ins. These timelines are general guidance and vary between individuals.

Language and on-the-ground support

  • English-speaking consultation and support throughout your care.
  • Comprehensive pre-operative planning.
  • Post-surgery follow-up care.
  • Assistance with travel and accommodation arrangements.
